The Enterprise Threat Intel Package (ETIP) with Tier 1/2/3 support provides all of your organization with critical alert and current intel. It provides complete situational awareness of the threat environment through incident and threat reporting, indicators and warnings, quantitative and pattern analysis, link analysis, satellite imagery, threat assessments, analytical reports, video exploitation, alert notifications and more. Data is provided through emails, an online database, text message alerts to phones, image files, PDFs, ArcGIS maps, i2’s Analyst Notebook and Maltego files, wall charts and more. It allows you to intelligently direct information so each workgroup gets only that which pertains to them. ETIP enables you to increase your entire organization’s understanding of the threat environment and enhance the resources available to support operations and real-time decision making.

The Support Tier includes all of the specialized customization and support. Tier 2 support is our mid-level option and gets you enhanced monitoring of your group’s interests, increased tasking in areas of concern, producing customized link analysis charts and other visualizations based on your queries and a number of one-off analytical products. Some will be driven by IntelCenter seeing developments we believe will be significant to your organization while others will be in response to RFIs from your organization. Due to IntelCenter’s positioning much of what we provide is initiated internally but will come from having a good understanding of your problem sets.

Tier 1 is our premium support option and takes everything in Tier 2 and adds language support, development of custom analytical models to track patterns, trends and other areas that could impact your operations. It also includes development of specialized collection efforts to support your requirements. Tier 3 is the lowest cost option and provides baseline support for everything you get in the Base package plus some monitoring of your interests and increased tasking in areas of concern.
